This made me think of a brilliant idea. All heros join with level 1, whoever can run to lets say stoney field first wins or perillously to the dark wood, of course map hacks will be enabled so avoiding death will be the trick!

and anyone with a d2me can easily avoid monsters.
unless we have 4 runners. and 4 LowLevelDuelers blocking the way to next area >=]
but then runnerw would have to be lvl 9. and guards at around 17? *shrugs* idunno

All level 1 heros if they kill and pick up stamina potion they get lucky!
