IS SERVER STILL UP ...CANT JOIN !!!

Is server still up and running ?! Never played in D2 battlenet ,so i`m total noob ... can someone explain exact steps how can i join this server ?!

me too, just downloaded and want to start playing in the server but there was an error and I can't log in
